Veterok FAQ's
Thank you for your interest in Veterok and our unique heating products. Here are a few of the most common questions we’ve been asked.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to continental United States and Canada only.

When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are filled and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Orders paid by check will ship when the check clears.

How do you ship my order?
We are leaving this option to our customers. Upon checkout, you will be prompted for the carrier and service of your choice. Currently we are ship UPS or USPS.

How long does it take to ship to my address?
It depends on the shipping option you chose. Usually, all ground and priority deliveries arrive in no more than 5 business days. If you need to expedite your order, you also have it delivered next day or the second day.

Is there a charge for shipping?
Yes. Shipping is automatically calculated based on the package weight, shipping carrier and service. All shipping charges are real time calculations through original carrier web services.

What is my payment options?
We accept major credit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and PayPal. You can also print out the form when checking out and mail it to us along with a Money Order or a Check. Please allow at least 10 business days to clear personal checks before the order will be processed.

Is my transaction safe?
Our online shopping store uses Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, which is the most trusted online security system for processing confidential information. SSL encrypts your information so that it cannot be read while being transmitted via the Internet.

Why do I have to give my phone number or e-mail address?
We ask for your phone number in case there is a problem with your order and we need to contact you. It will not be used for any other purposes. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I return goods if I am not satisfied with them?
Veterok Corporation offers a 30 days Return Policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information, please read our Return Policy.
